The Silver-Line SL-8 offers you versatility and control for smaller jobs. The SL-8 features the combination of a 1HP constant speed motor and soft rubber drum with our unique cam locking system to provide the pro results you expect.

The tilt action of the SL-8 also allows for more controlled and even sanding. The weight of the machine is specially designed and evenly distributed for best results. This unique 1HP motor is a completely sealed, repulsion-induction motor, the drum will not slow down or speed up as it sands resulting in a level, smooth finish as well as superior dust pick up of over 95%.

As with all Silver-Line equipment and parts, the SL-8 is hand built, tested and manufactured in the USA to assure quality and dependability. The SL-8 is also available in 220 volt, 50 hertz model for our International customers.

Engineered for performance and built to last. The SL-8 features an 8" spring loaded, self tensioning drum. This next generation of drums offers quick release bearing caps to make drum replacement easy.

No Shims, No Chatter! The springs and cams of the SL-8 work together to assure proper sandpaper installation.
The SL-8 will run the drum at a constant speed of 1800RPM on 14 amps, standard household current offering not only superior results but also ease of operation.
